Commercial Operations

I managed a team, overseeing retail, photo and F&B functions. We made it to grow our sales KPI 10%+ every year! šŸš€šŸš€

Analytics

I analyzed commercial performances of 11 different attractions, and supported creating business cases for potential investment opportunity. Yep, we got some funds after all! šŸ˜Ž

Tourism

I love travelling šŸ§³āœˆļø and tourism as a business as well! Particularly I love to deepdive what's behind the business, and do it by numbers! šŸ¤“

Project Management

I planned and built a retail shop, and opened a food and beverage counter! The most memorable project however is when I helped to design a new house for kids as a charity initiative.
